Welcome to Eagles Nest Flight Park, purchase located at 33260 SR129, Asotin, WA 99402 between the Blue Mountains and the Snake River in Washington State. Home of the Nez Perce Indians and one of their favorite summer camps in the Blue Mountains. The area is abundant in history being very near where Chief Joseph was born and on the Lewis/Clark trail. There are many things to do within the area such as hiking, swimming, boating, rafting, horse back riding, museums, golfing and many historical sites. For many years Scott and Terri have dreamed of a place where they could live the dream to fly out of their own flight park. Now that dream has come true. With the help of friends and family we have a 40 X 60 hanger and the first runway in. The hanger houses five AirBorne trikes belonging to ourselves and hanger mates and one fixed wing. We fly with our friends and students from the 1,700 foot blue grass runway, with a 2,100 foot blue grass runway nearby at the Family Ranch. At the end of the day we relax, visit, ride bikes, fly kites, star gaze from the trampoline, motocross and quad into the Blue Mountains, tell stories, BBQ great food and enjoy the company of fellow birds of a feather. In the near future we plan to add a cross wind runway. Currently we are moving into the Eagles Nest full time. We sold our home on the river and our Tepee will go up as soon as we return from winter travels. We plan a Te pee Village with a lot of outdoor living areas, an office and perhaps an earthen home. Eventually we hope to have additional RV slots available. We consider ourselves very lucky, with a great group of local flyers that have been friends for many years. We have shared many adventures both in the air, on land and on the water. We hope to see you in the near future to enjoy some
